What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture involves the use of very fine, sterile needles which are inserted into the skin at specific points on the body.
Chinese medicine however, also  uses a number of other different techniques shown below. A combination of these techniques may be used to restore the bodies natural energetic balance. 

How many treatments will I need ?

Initially it is recommended that you come weekly for 4 to 6 weeks.

Sometimes  the longer you have had the disease the more work is required.

Chronic conditions can take longer than acute conditions.

Retraining and realigning the body takes time. Generally the people who come the most get the best results. 

Lots of people come regularly once a month even after they feel better to maintain their wellbeing.
